Account & profile

On the sign-in page tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, or contact us.

Account → Addresses. You can add up to 10 addresses, edit them, and set a default that's pre-selected at checkout. You can also use your current location to fill an address.

Account → Profile. You can update your name and phone, change your password, and upload a profile photo.

Account → Profile → Delete my account. You'll confirm with your password. Your sign-in is removed immediately; we keep past order records only as long as the law requires for accounting and returns.

Yes — signing in lets us save your addresses, show live order tracking, and let you cancel or return in a couple of taps.
